A narrow strip of territory between three countries in the middle of Europe is almost entirely occupied by highly devastating for the environment, brown coal opencast mine. Surprisingly, the place is also a production center of methamphetamine, known locally as 'Piko'. Both activities, although different in nature, lead together to the destruction of people and nature.
